We work alongside those teams — not instead of them — bringing an MSW-qualified social work background, men's behaviour change experience, and standing in the communities involved.

What we don't do. We don't deliver men's behaviour change programs, and we don't take referrals for individual perpetrators or victim-survivors. That work needs accredited facilitators, a dedicated women's family safety contact worker independent of the group, and governance accountable to women's safety — and we'd rather say so than stretch. We consult to the teams who do that work.
