Common questions
Yes. Coordination is delivered by phone, email and video, so it's available anywhere in Western Australia. Our hands-on, in-person services are currently Perth-based (southern and northern suburbs) and expanding.
We can. If that's the case, we tell you about the overlap in writing, record it, and you're always free to choose other providers for anything we deliver. We'll also help you find alternatives if you'd prefer your coordination kept separate from your supports.
We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, which doesn't require registration — and our registration application is underway. Every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check before starting, and we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.
We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Schedule, drawn from the support coordination budget already in your plan. Rates are confirmed with you in writing before anything starts.
