A support and coordination practice for individuals and families. NDIS-funded mentoring, home support and coordination — plus youth support, life skills and career development for people outside the scheme. Coordination reaches across Western Australia; in-person support is based in Perth and growing, with the same trusted, matched person every time.
What we help with
Done properly, or not at all
Support work is delivered by support workers we've personally vetted, with social-work-qualified oversight. Coordination and supervised family time are delivered by a qualified social worker. And we'll tell you plainly when something isn't ours to do.

Everyday help at home
Routines, meals, household tasks, shopping and medication reminders. Practical support that builds your independence rather than replacing it. We don't provide intimate personal care yet — we'll say so honestly and help you find someone good.

Specialist support coordination (Level 3)
For the most complex situations — when courts, corrections, housing or hospital are in the mix at once. Social-work-led coordination that holds the whole picture together. If we also provide your day-to-day supports, we'll tell you about that overlap in writing, and you're always free to choose other providers.

Outside the NDIS
Arranged privately, or by referral from a school, agency or lawyer. No plan, no waiting list, no eligibility test — quoted and confirmed in writing before anything starts.
Youth support
A consistent adult in a young person's corner — someone who turns up when they said they would. Weekly one-to-one time built around what they need: life skills like cooking, budgeting, getting around on public transport and building routines that hold; and career development when they're ready for it — resumes, interview practice, study and work pathways, and steady coaching through the first months in a new role or course. Grounded in youth work and youth justice experience.
Privately funded · school or agency referral
Supervised family time & contact
Professionally supervised contact between children and parents or family members, in a calm and neutral setting, with clear factual written observations of each session. Delivered by a qualified social worker, and centred on the child throughout.
By arrangement with your lawyer or referring agency

I've spent my career as a social worker — in child protection, youth justice and family services. That's why I started this practice, and it's the standard I hold every person we bring on: would I trust you with someone I love? If the answer isn't an easy yes, you don't work here.

The things people ask us
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, which doesn't require registration — and our registration application is underway. Every worker must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check before they start, we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, and we keep our records to registration standard already.
What do you charge?
For NDIS-funded supports we charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Schedule. Private work is quoted by arrangement. Either way, we confirm every rate with you in writing before support starts. No surprises on invoices — ever.
Where do you work?
It depends on the service. Anything we deliver remotely — support coordination and specialist support coordination — is available anywhere in Western Australia, by phone, email and video. Hands-on, in-person services — mentoring and community participation, everyday help at home, youth support, life skills and career development — are delivered where we have local workers: currently Perth (southern and northern suburbs), and expanding across Western Australia. We're based in Baldivis. If we don't yet have the right person near you, we'll tell you directly rather than stretch to cover it.
Do you only work with NDIS participants?
No. Our disability supports are NDIS-funded, but some of our work sits outside the scheme entirely: youth support, and supervised family time and contact. These are arranged privately or by referral from a school, agency or lawyer, and quoted in writing before anything starts. What are your qualifications?
Our founder is an MSW-qualified social worker with a career in child protection, youth justice and family services. Every worker must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a current Working with Children Check where they work with young people, before they begin. We work in line with the AASW Code of Ethics as well as the NDIS Code of Conduct.
I'm a plan manager, support coordinator or school — how do I refer?
Email us — we reply within one business day, and we start every referral, NDIS or private, with a no-cost conversation with the person or family before anything is booked or billed.
