NDIS supports, delivered by people who stay

For plan-managed and self-managed participants. Support work is delivered by support workers we recruit, screen and induct ourselves, with social-work-qualified oversight. Coordination is delivered by a qualified social worker.

We're a new practice, growing deliberately. When you get in touch we'll tell you honestly what we can start now and what needs a short wait while we match the right person to you.

Mentoring & community participation

A mentor matched to you — same person, week after week — for goals, confidence, outings, appointments and real social connection. This is the heart of what we do.

NDIS Core & Capacity Building

Everyday help at home

Routines, meals, household tasks, shopping and medication reminders. Practical support that builds your independence rather than replacing it. We don't provide intimate personal care yet — we'll say so honestly and help you find someone good.

NDIS Core · Assistance with Daily Life

Support coordination (Level 2)

Help to understand your plan, connect with the right providers, sort out what isn't working, and make sure your funding is actually used. If we also provide your day-to-day supports, we'll tell you about that overlap in writing, and you're always free to choose other providers.

NDIS Capacity Building · Support Coordination

Specialist support coordination (Level 3)

For the most complex situations — when courts, corrections, housing or hospital are in the mix at once. Social-work-led coordination that holds the whole picture together. If we also provide your day-to-day supports, we'll tell you about that overlap in writing, and you're always free to choose other providers.

NDIS Capacity Building · Specialist Support Coordination

Reintegration & post-release support

Practical, steady support for adults leaving custody or on community orders — the period when things most often fall apart. Getting ID, Centrelink and housing sorted; building routines that hold; and rebuilding connections that make a different life possible.

Fair questions, straight answers

Before you get in touch

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, which doesn't require registration — and our registration application is underway. Every worker must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check before they start, we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, and we keep our records to registration standard already.

What do you charge?

We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Schedule, drawn from the budget already in your plan. We confirm every rate with you in writing before support starts.

Where do you deliver NDIS services?

Support coordination is delivered by phone, email and video, so it's available anywhere in Western Australia. Hands-on, in-person supports are delivered where we have local workers: currently Perth's southern and northern suburbs, and expanding. If we don't yet have the right person near you, we'll tell you directly rather than stretch to cover it.

Can I use you if my plan is NDIA-managed?

Not yet. Until our registration is approved we can only work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you're NDIA-managed, get in touch anyway — we'll tell you where things stand and point you to someone good in the meantime.
