Before you get in touch
Which Perth suburbs do you cover?
Our in-person supports currently run across Perth's southern suburbs (including Baldivis, Rockingham, Mandurah and surrounds) and are expanding into the northern suburbs. If you're unsure, ask — if we can't cover your area yet, we'll say so honestly and suggest who can.
Can I choose my worker?
Yes. Matching matters to us — we introduce you before anything starts, and if the fit isn't right, we change it. You're never locked in.
Do you work with plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes, both. We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Schedule and confirm all rates with you in writing before services begin.
Can you also coordinate my plan?
Yes — many participants prefer one team for everything. If we deliver both your supports and your coordination, we tell you about the overlap in writing, and you're always free to use other providers for anything we deliver.
