Who is 'complex' support for?
Anyone whose situation involves more than just disability — mental health, justice involvement, housing instability, hospital admissions, or services that keep breaking down. If other providers have said it's too hard, that's usually where we start.
Do you work with people leaving custody or hospital?
Yes. Transitions are where supports most often collapse, so we put real effort into continuity — starting coordination before discharge or release, not after things have already gone wrong.
Which areas do you cover?
Coordination and case-level work is delivered by phone, email and video across all of Western Australia. In-person specialist supports are currently Perth-based and expanding.
How is this funded?
Usually through the support coordination budget in an NDIS plan — often at the specialist (Level 3) line for complex situations. We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants and confirm all rates in writing before starting.
